As a doctor myself I can be a difficult patient and believe I am a good judge of character. From the outset I was put at ease and felt confident in Mr. Alkhaffaf's abilities. His manner is excellent and even though I am a doctor I am not a surgeon and he explained the operation in an easily understandable way. When complications developed before the surgery he sorted out further investigations and interventions even over a busy Christmas period. The operation itself was not quite routine and I felt confident that I was in 'the right hands' throughout. Obviously hope never to need his services again but would have no hesitation in recommending him.
