Mr Patel was excellent from start to finish, from first meeting he explained to us clearly what the operations entailed and the risks and put any worries we had at ease, as an anxiety sufferer I felt much more reassured knowing my little girl was in such caring hands.
Mr Patel checked up on her post op and let us know how great it went and then again the following morning before discharge and also let us know if we wanted any advice or had any questions we could contact him 24/7 overnight before he'd visit the next morning.
A lovely man who made a stressful and worrying time a much more pleasant experience. Thank you!
