I met Dr Bhav Patel when I was referred with another hearing issue. I had already been diagnosed previously with otosclerosis and had decided a few years ago I was too nervous to go through with the surgery. When I met with Dr Patel, he made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and listened to and answered all my questions. He had a fantastic manor throughout and was personable. The result following the surgery for me has been life changing and I am so happy I felt confident enough to go through with it. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr Patel and the team for all their help, support and knowledge!
