He was very calm & clear. And in view of subsequent investigations, I would say that indeed he came to correct conclusions on my condition. It was particularly helpful that he was keen to enable me to continue dialogue after the hospital appointments which he did by giving me his e-mail. So I didn't feel that the door was shut just because I didn't have another appointment booked.
