I was referred to Ben for a colonoscopy. Having had a sigmoidoscopy during my 20's, I was not really looking forward to having to go through the procedure of a colonoscopy. Although Ben had reassured me during our initial visit, previous experiences caused me to be very apprehensive about the day. I can reassure anyone reading this that Ben is an absolute professional, as well as his team. I was looked after from start to finish and the procedure itself was not at all what I had built it up to be. I put this down to being under the care of Ben. During the procedure, Ben removed 2 polyps and banded an area where piles were observed. I will be going back in 3 years to see Ben again, just as a precaution and I must say that I am not at all concerned or worried about this. Thank you Ben and your team for looking after me so well.
