Ben is a really nice, friendly and extremely competent Surgeon. He explained fully the details of my impending Knee replacement operation including the possible negative side of things and immediately sorted out my Physio appointments at my post surgery follow up consultation, after I had waited 6 weeks to be contacted by the Physio team.
