No improvement is necessary , Mr Spiegelberg explained the procedure before surgery , the whole team were amazing , I was put at ease was not at all worried or had any concerns, the aftercare was also amazing .i have now recovered and have been discharged by Mr Spiegelberg and cannot thank him enough for performing my operation with great care .

I was referred to Mr. Spiegelberg via the NHS following an assessment, X-ray, and ultrasound. He performed a right total hip replacement for me at Spire Bushey Hospital on 26th August 2025. He was exceptionally congenial, with the kind of old-fashioned bedside manner that I thought had long disappeared. His confident yet kind approach immediately put me at ease and inspired complete trust in his abilities. All the medical and administrative staff at Spire Bushey were professional, caring, and efficient throughout my treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Spiegelberg and his team. I’m now in my tenth week after surgery and now pain-free. I can finally get on with enjoying my retirement. Thank you, Mr. Spiegelberg, for your impeccable skills and care.

I was very fortunate to be referred to Mr Ben Spiegelberg on the NHS for a full knee replacement which I had on the 26th August. He was friendly calm and very easy to talk to, he put me at ease about the whole procedure along with all the lovely kind and friendly staff at the Diagnostic centre and Bushey Spire Hospital. The anaesthetist was so reassuring with me as I was a nervous wreck and the lovely nurse who held my hand. I would definitely 100% recommend him and he’s team to anyone needing treatment. Thank you all for such wonderful care and giving me a new knee.

I had my hip replaced 22nd May 2025 under the more than capable hands of Mr. Ben Spiegelberg and his team. The first time we met I was hobbling in to his office where he took one look and me and knew the problem. He has the ability to make you feel at ease and after a small exam I was sent to the xray department. After three years of misdiagnoses with the nhs I was actually seeing someone who knew what he was doing. The operation went smoothly I woke a while later in recovery, with NO pain. Yes I was sore and the area hurt but no pain associated with the hip as it had been. For those who have hip pain you will know what I mean. It has been four months since the operation and I now walk several miles a day with my dog, ride my bike and in the last couple of weeks started light jogging. I just turned 69 years old and I feel like a new man again. To anyone looking for a great surgeon for a hip replacement Mr. Ben Spiegelberg is your man. Ben, there are only two words I can say but I say them with the greatest of sincerity ......... Thank you..
