Dr Spiegelberg is a lovely surgeon, I first met him at Watford Hospital and he agreed to do my hip replacement, I am aged 75, and I was over the moon that I was able to be treated by him. The operation was at St.Albans hospital at the beginning of November this year. I was in for three days then discharged. I had home visits from a physiotherapist who was of great help, I visited my Doctors Surgery to have the wound dressing changed but she said it was not needed as the wound had healed so well, excellent stitching at the operation was her comment !! I recovered well after doing all the exercises I was given, and went back to see Mr Spiegelberg on 7th Dec, he examined me and said I was doing very well and he signed me off. I cannot praise him enough for his care and his politeness .He is a wonderful surgeon and person. I cannot thank him enough. He changed my life.
