Suffered with my knees due to an injury /adjustment possibly in yoga and tried to repair both knees myself through gentle muscle strengthening exercises with no progress for one year . As a last resort was the operation and little faith in ever having my knees back in full recovery. Now 3 weeks after my arthroscopy I am delighted my left knee has space within it and I have full range of movements again soooooo happy and very pleasantly surprised.
