From a referral right through to being signed off Mr Ben Hickey was superb.
He spent time explaining to me the whole process of my operation, nothing was too much trouble. He took time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. A totally professional and caring doctor. The trauma and orthopaedic unit as a whole was run very well and I cannot praise the staff and Mr hickey enough.
I have no constructive suggestions to make as none is needed.
