Dear Mr White
My husband Michael had an mri scan last Tuesday 17th May which you requested. Michael's symptoms are getting worse, just getting concerned now. Michael keeps trying to phone your secretary for the last few days to find out his results, but no one is answering, it's just an answerphone. My husband has left a message, but still got no reply yet. We are both worried, as we don't know his results yet. Sorry to bother you, just wondered if you have the mri results back yet. Hope you are well, and I want to thank you for looking after Michael for all these years. Thanking you.
