My consultation with Mr White was outstanding. He was completely patient centred throughout my consultation, listening to my back story and answering my questions. His communication skills were of the highest standard as he explained everything with clarity to me and my husband in terms that each of us understood. This takes much skill.
Mr White shared his extensive neurosurgical experience, expertise and knowledge with me regarding my diagnosis and together we made a plan for my future care. This shared decision making was expertly done and much appreciated by me as it is so important as a patient to be involved in decisions regarding your care.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr White. He has an excellent bedside manner and this consultation was an excellent patient experience for me.
