I first saw Mr White 10 years ago due to ongoing neurosurgical concerns. Around 5 years ago my situation became critical, and since then Mr White has been directly responsible for saving my life a number of times. I cannot begin to express my gratitude - his surgical skill has given me a quality of life that has far exceeded my expectations. He has consistently gone 'up and beyond' with his dedication and innovative surgeries to try and stabilise my condition. I'm aware that my case has been discussed at national conferences. Mr White never takes knowledge for granted and always strives to give cutting edge care, based on the latest evidence and understanding. This is underpinned by extensive experience and the highest level of skill - allowing him to make sensible, careful decisions based on the best evidence. More than anything, I want to echo the previous reviews which have praised Mr White's kindness, gentleness, and supportive bedside manner. He has always made me feel safe, emotionally prepared, and involved in every part of my journey. I cannot think of another surgeon that has such high ability, knowledge and genuine care for their patients. I have absolute faith and trust in Mr White, and anyone would be truly lucky to be in his care.
