Mr Chappell was always very kind, gentle and sensitive to my needs. Patiently he gave me a lot of time as we discussed my problems and explored treatment options. Reassuringly, he ensured that I had all the appropriate tests to determine that my condition was not life-threatening as my problems were persistent and ongoing.
I felt very lucky that I was under his care and trusted his judgement implicitly. He prescribed a life-long course of treatment that is helpful and referred me to another consultant for a short specialist course of treatment to work alongside.
I have now been free of treatment for 8.5 months and feel really good.
