At my first consultation with Mr Arvin, he made me feel less stressed about the surgery procedures on my back. Mr Arvin explained to me in details what was going to happen before, during and after the surgery. He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions and at that stage I trusted his plan for the surgery and I had total confidence in him leading my surgery.
My surgery was complex and it took around 9hrs. I'm please to say it was successful and I would like to say Thank You to Mr Arvin and his team for looking after me, even through trying times.
