Mr Chaudray is very easy to listen to, gives clear explanation and appears to care about the patient. He made an effort to thoroughly understand the problem and offer clear explanation and answered questions with patience.
My only criticism is that I was kept waiting for 50 minutes after my given appointment time before I was seen. This caused me anxiety due to the possibility of the car park ticket expiring.
