Dr Chaudhary was able to explain my procedure in a way I could understand, he answered my questions in a patient matter ensuring I was fully informed. He put me at my ease & I had full confidence in him & his ability even after he explained all that could go wrong. I was very happy to put myself in his care.
After the operation he came to see me & explained it was a success & to ask me how I felt & continued to check on my progress in the following days. I hope I see him for my follow-up so he can see what a good job he has done.
I can t think of any improvements to suggest as I am completely happy with the care I have received from all the hospital staff.
