The doctor was clear and approachable, professional and friendly. Explained everything without being patronising bit also with put being complicated amd checked at every point I understood. The operation went as he had explained was a little more complex but both surgeon and consultants came to see me after the surgery and the day after before my discharge. They were clear about what I needed to do next from getting gp appt to check the incision to when i could take the dressing off and when the follow up appointments with the hospital would be. Healing as expected but was told to return with any concerns at all. I felt safe and respected at all times and the operation for me has been, touch wood all so far successful.
