Following a heart attack in April, I had a Triple Bypass operation at Cromwell Hospital carried out by the excellent Mr Aziz Momin.
He fully explained the procedure and risks and his involvement in the immediate aftercare could not have been better. He is extremely easy to talk to and clearly dedicated to his profession.
His follow up appointments have been excellent, and I cannot thank him enough for all of the care and attention he has shown me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Momin.
I would also like to thank the entire nursing team at the Cromwell Hospital involved in my recovery.
