As I suffer from Anxiety I was quite worried about having a knee replacement operation as after all it is major surgery. But on meeting Mr Lakdawala for the first time to talk about my operation he spoke so professionally to me and made me feel much easier about things. On the day of the operation Mr Lakdawala came in to see me both before and after the op to see how I was doing and this again made me feel so much more at ease. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism both before and after the op and indeed during the operation itself.
I am so grateful to him for making what was a difficult time for me so much more bearable.
