I was given an appointment with Mr Agrawal just 4 days after finding a lump in my breast at the age of 86. Immediately I felt that I was in safe, professional and caring hands as initial investigations were made. Following the diagnosis of breast cancer Mr Agrawal explained the process that would follow, taking time to go through each option and giving me the opportunity to ask questions. He listened to any concerns that I had - however small - and the consultation was never rushed with the result that any stress which is inevitable in such a situation was completely mitigated. He is a charming man, very professional and an excellent communicator with a delightful sense of humour.
