Mr Agrawal was extremely pleasant, calm, professional and reassuring during my first consultation with him at Spire. Obviously it's a very worrying and frightening time and no one is quite sure what to expect and especially so at the moment as we are attending alone due to COVID restrictions . Mr Agrawal immediately put me at ease and explained everything calmly and in a friendly manner. His nurse was equally calm and professional with excellent communication skills. It was very reassuring to receive a call from Charli the day before the appointment to ask if I had any questions , which obviously I did and she was able to explain the appointment and what would happen completely to me.
