This was a telephone appointment at 1.40pm. It wasn’t till 2.02pm that the call came through by which time i was in the car. As i took the call i pressed the wrong button and was cut off. I then waited all day for a return call. A short message had been left telling me that he had called but offered no further information. I fully expected a return call shortly afterwards but none came. There was no option to call the number back except to get a recorded message saying if it was important then I would be contacted again.
