This was the second of two telephone telephone consultations following an earlier face to face consultation with another consultant colleague of Mr Jain. On both occasions I was impressed by the courtesy of his remarks and willingness to listen to me. With his first letter, (both of which were kind and courteous), he provided some appropriate literature related to the area under discussion.
I have since had a further Urine Flow Test and suspect that we shall be having further conversations in due course.
