Dr Ashutosh was attentive. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. He did not rush me but took time to listen.
An improvement is not about Dr Ashutosh but regarding the administration. My follow up letter took 17 days from my call to be typed up plus a further 10 days to be posted out to me. This suggests to me the Urology department are possibly understaffed for the quantity of work coming through the department.
