Mr Jain was very thorough in his telephone conversation with me recently. He quickly realised a slight mix up at the beginning and resolved the matter very well. He is trustworthy and appears to know his job, easy to talk to, carefully listened to what I was saying and we reached an amicable solution. I hope to meet him again when necessary. I would highly recommend him.
