I have appreciated prompt and clear telephone reviews during Covid related social distancing requirements. Thank you.
I have assumed that delayed feedback for review scan results indicates no significant change and that a problem would be flagged for faster contact. However, six weeks is a long time to wait for confirmation that no action is required.
