I received prompt professional service and I am very pleased with the results. Some suggestions are: 1). I was sometimes frustrated by being unable to add comment to pain values in responses to online British Spine Registry questionnaires. e.g. if I specify 7, say, I would like to have explained what I did. If I put 0 or 1 it may give the impression that I was fine yet I sat in a chair all day! 2). Further to 1), it may have been useful to inform the reader that concurrent with my L1/2 prolapse I had an untreated right inguinal hernia. 3). It may be unusual for a 76 year old to be keen to get back to exercising but I would find it very useful to be given guidance on what to do and what not to do, with a time scale. Even specifics e.g. are jogging, press-ups, planks, static bikes, light hand-weights, Zumba, rowing etc. etc. appropriate exercises for my condition? Personally these questions are important. I have to make my own judgement call and I do not want 'to get it wrong'. I hope the above help in some way but in summary I repeat that I am very happy with the treatment and service I received - many thanks. (Brian) Neil Galton
