First and foremost he accepted me as a deaf person and allowed me to lip read. this meant our communication was excellent. He tried hard to find solutions and was totally honest about the limitations various treatments would have. This allowed the decision I made to be fully informed and I have confidence that it is the right one for me now. Please note I am female (no identification is required as that is my sex and there are only two , gender preference is entirely different) therefore have not completed the line.
