You may have received two previously part done reviews which I apologise for but my technology is having human related issues. My care from initial telephone appointments has been exemplary. Mr Subramanian has ensured that I understood the procedures suggested and explained the risks and benefits so that I could make an informed decision. Following three cancelled surgery appointments I had my operation on 22 February. I was seen again by mr Subramanian on arrival and procedures were again agreed the professional and kind consultation was as always very reassuring. I also saw the anaestatist and nurse who as part of Mr Subramanian team were also both very professional and informative. The nursing and care staff were brilliant. I feel I could not have been looked after any better. The best part which left me very emotional was on the evening following the op I was encouraged to stand and side step and there was no pain in my legs. I cannot thank Mr Subramanian enough for the incredible improvement in my quality of life. The following day after catheter removal I was X-rayed seen by physiotherapist and visited by Mr Subramanian who agreed to my discharge. I cannot put into words how much the exemplary professional informative reassuring manner of Mr Subramanian has eased my route through my condition. The care as I said before was first class and I can think of no areas that could be improved. Thank you Lynne Blakemore
