Having discovered a lump in my breast last Friday I was understandably pretty worried. I was offered an NHS appointment for 2 weeks time which felt like a lifetime away! I'm very fortunate that I get private health cover through my husband's employer though so I contacted BUPA and was offered an appointment with Mr Chakravorty on Monday (next working day).
From the moment I entered Mr Chakravorty's office (shaking with worry) I was put at ease by his friendly, kind manner and professionalism. He really did his best to put me at ease. After a physical examination he told me he was pretty sure that it was hormonal changes and nothing to be worried about which instantly gave me some reassurance. I was then given a mammogram and an ultrasound examination and went straight back to Mr Chakravorty for the results which thankfully were all clear. I cannot praise this man (and his entire team) highly enough. Hopefully I never need to go back but, if I ever did, I would feel safe in his hands. Thank you!
