Mr Chakravorty is highly professional and has both the skills and the determination to achieve a great result. He is also very good at the "softer" elements of his work - he listens well and provides reassurance if he perceives concerns. Mr Chakravorty's secretary Joanna is also friendly, helpful and professional.
