Used an angled bone saw to take down the height of the dorsum of my nose leaving the appearance of my nose scooped out, he said it was a good cosmetic result. He said he had to do this to reduce my dorsal hump. I did not have a dorsal hump and this treatment was not discussed prior to the operation. I believe he was practicing a cosmetic nose job, and believe what he did was assault. What he has done has caused me catastrophic psychological and social problems.

Mr. Cardozo, ENT Consultant is the most wonderful, professional and totally caring Consultant and we and Royal Preston Hospital are VERY LUCKY to have him in post. He listens to everything a patient says, understands the pain and trauma of their health issues, is very sensitive and gentle and a thoroughly kind, caring and knowledgeable Doctor. My recent surgery was extensive and he was so kind in my post op recovery. I cannot thank him enough for ALL he did for me and for his kindness to my daughter during sensitive discussions. He IS my HERO.

Mr Cardozo is genuinely one of the best consultants I have ever seen. He’s very thorough, professional but also compassionate. I would definitely trust him with any treatment needed and if I ever need an ENT consultant in the future I will always ask my GP to refer me to him if possible, he provides outstanding care with a very caring approach. l had Minor Nasel surgery today at Preston royal hospital, 20/12/17. l found all the staff l came into contact with very good, especially the anaesthetist and Mr Cardozo the ENT Consultant. He was a fantastic man and made me feel at ease. He really did look after me. Thank you so much, he had a very caring manner when he came to see me after the procedure. l would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to see an ENT Consultant.
