3 years post treatment and I’m going through my second surgery for otoplasty (not with this clinic or surgeon)
Unfortunately when I requested the desired look for my ears, the surgeon did what he thought would look best which essentially resulted in my ears looking exactly the same. No change to them whatsoever and £3000 down the drain which took me a long time to save. No offer of the surgery to be redone or any money even partially returned. The PA asked for my doctor’s opinion which they could not give as they were under the NHS and not private - therefore not a good result. Disappointing to say the least
