Mr Arman Memarzadeh, is a very caring person , and is very empathetic. He greeted me with a lovely welcoming smile and asked genuinely how I was doing, and more importantly he stopped and looked at me and waited for my response and listened to my reply. He is a good listener and he listened about my stitches and took action. He reflected back on the previous appointment and remembered the status. He put me at ease and explained the situation.
The only suggestion i had was maybe in the consulting room have a computer screen so I could see the x-ray.
