I saw this Dr today with my 13 year old daughter for a second opinion on a clunking hip, which we thought was down to growing too quickly.
He was very pleasant and made my daughter feel comfortable enough to talk about the problem by herself. He asked all the right questions and listened. Gave us some good feedback on what he thought the problem was and made many suggestions as to how we try and make it better whilst she is still growing.
I personally am feeling much less worried now and hopefully with the treatment plan suggested she will manage to keep out of pain until she stops growing and all of her muscles and ligaments have caught up with her bones !
