Mr Aravind Desai is a lovely caring consultant who made me feel so relaxed. Listed to what I had to say and gave me time to ask questions. He explained everything very well and what the options were for the tear in my shoulder. Having been told surgery was the only option he went through what I could expect and what the outcome should be. Not rushed into making a decision and gave me time to digest what he had said.
From going into the hospital for surgery I was treated with great care and respect. Everything was explained step by step. From surgery to aftercare everything was top class. I had a phone call from the hospital to make sure I was feeling ok and had I any concerns.
After care has been brilliant on my follow up appointments. Again given time to ask questions about any concerns I had.
Physiotherapist has been amazing and so positive with my progress.
I can recommend Mr Aravind Desai so highly so professional and caring. He has certainly given me my life back and I’m pain free.
