Mr Pittathankal was my surgeon for a hernia operation; he is very friendly and relaxed but still extremely professional and excellent at what he does. I knew I was in good hands from the first appointment; it was very thorough and we went through the procedure and what to expect afterwards in terms of recovery.
On the day of the surgery Mr Pittathankal came to see me before and after the op. He really put me at ease and genuinely made the experience a lot easier because of his professionalism and friendly nature.
I really thank Mr Pittathankal for his time and care and wish him all the best.
