I saw Mr Owa today following a referral from my GP, on introduction he immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Once I had provided the background to my condition he provided excellent advice and guidance in a very helpful and constructive way. During the session, Mr Owa's expertise was clear and he quickly established the next course of action and clearly articulated this to me in a way i found easy to understand.
I now feel confident in having my condition resolved, and look forward to the session in a few weeks time to review things.
