Very reassuring, understanding and personable- put me at ease
Procedure was carried out efficiently and photographs of procedure explained thoroughly
I felt covid safe
Follow up scheduled
Maybe slightly more detail given of procedure ie this liquid is a slight anaesthetic and will make your lips/nose go a bit numb but it’s not a major issue.
