Cataract Blunder Mr Casswell put the replacement lens the wrong way round in my right eye. He admitted this was because he failed to check his measurements correctly. This necessitated a further op to reposition the lens the right way round, which was very distressing. I was a private patient and this cost a lot of money which he refused to refund, despite my correspondence with him and the private hospital concerned lasting a year.
