Mr Robinson doesn't appear to care about his patients or his profession. He made a mess of my diagnoses due to paying no attention to me, then mixing up my details with another patient. My diagnoses should have been straightforward and the mess caused unnecessary confusion with my referring GP when she read my incorrect diagnoses. My alternative surgeon quickly and easily diagnosed my pain and the treatment was straightforward without all the drama. It seems that Mr Robinson gives up if he doesn't quite know the reason for pain and he isn't interested in investigating. I saw Mr Robinson on the NHS and then saw my alternative specialist privately where I noticed Mr Robinson also practices privately, it's safe to say that I scrolled past Mr Robinson's profile when selecting a private Orthopaedic Specialist.
