Prior to my operation, I received a telephone consultation whereby Mr Pickersgill gave detailed explanation of what the procedures would entail. This gave me reassurance of what I would be going through during the operation.
On the morning of the operation, Mr Pickersgill once again came to see me to explain the procedures during and after the operation. It was great to know what to expect.
I found Mr Pickersgill very approachable, pleasant and friendly. He certainly comes across as very experienced and knowledgeable in his area of expertiese and I would certainly recommend Mr Pickersgill to my friends and my family if the hour of need arises.
Many thanks also to Mr Pickersgill team for being there and answering all my queries.
