Mr Pickersgill was very friendly and approachable and put me at ease straight away. I am an anxious person and was particularly worried about recurrent cancer but Mr Pickersgill reassurred me that he would do his best and help if any further investigations or treatment was needed. Luckily it wasn't but it was nice to know that there would be a plan in place.
I had total confidence in my consultant and had no pain or repercussions after my procedure and would certainly contact him again if i had any further issues.
I could not have wished for better care.
