Time and care given to ensure that I understood the extent of my injury, the treatment plan and the recovery process.
Sadly due to the time, capacity and financial pressures faced by the NHS, I would not have been given the level of treatment delivered by Mark Phillips.
An expert in his field and very amiable too!
