Mr Jowett listened to my concerns with regards to my bunion and explained in detail the options available and the fine details/risks involved. At each appointment, he provided a follow up letter which outlined our discussions, decisions made and next steps, which I found informative.
Mr Jowett was extremely approachable and had a reassuring manner at all our appointments including the operation.
Sadly I had slight complications and required a further visit to hospital for joint manipulation however; Mr Jowett gave me confidence and reassurance throughout
