Mr Jowett quickly appreciated my problems after taking a detailed history going back to the 70s and followed by a thorough physical examination. His recommendations were very reassuring, in terms of the surgical procedure to be followed, as a day case.
An early date for the procedure was arranged, also a pre-op assessment.
On the day the op went very well, and two days later the original heavy bandaging was changed by nurses as directed by Mr Jowett. Since then Mr Jowett has seen me twice to check on my recovery, which is going well. Very much appreciated.
