Billy Jowett is deligent, cautious yet decisive. My case was complex/rare so he sort opinions of others i.e. Sussex Orthopaedic committee before proceeding. This approach ensured I had the best outcome possible. He remained cautiously confident which ensured my expectations were managed appropriately.
He has good active listening skills and a gentle manner that encourages openess and trust. I always felt I was in the best possible hands.
