The pre-surgery consultations explained the procedure and outcome of surgery in detail and in language which was easily accessible.
The procedure itself was very successful. Having already experience a similar operation on my other foot with the same success, I was very confident in Mr. Jowett as my surgeon.
The post operative care was excellent and on the one occasion when I was having a problem and had to contact him he was very prompt in resolving the situation.
The final consultation was very reassuring and I was left in no doubt that the operation was a success.
I would also like to express my thanks to Mrs Tanya Stephens, Mr Jowett's secretary for all her help and patience when I had to contact her.
