I was seen at Spires Harpenden at the end of 2018 following a failure to respond to hydrocortisone injection to relieve the symptoms of carpel tunnel syndrome. I was seen and booked into the Spires by Mr Irwin to have surgery, at the beginning of January, under local anaesthetic in theatre. He was pleasant at all times and explained the procedure prior and during the operation.
I have just been discharged from his care but again he was very pleasant and talked me through the healing process and the invitation to return if I felt progress was not being made.
I have felt confident with his professionalism throughout this whole procedure and thank him very much.
